HYDROSTATIC SPINDLE AND HOUSING

Henfux patented hydrostatic technology, high precision and high rotation speed spindle;

Spindle equipped with Japanese high-grade alloy steel SNCM-220H, heat treated and then sub-zero treated, precision grinding. The spindle has high precision and high rotation speed.

Spindle is hydraulic oil pressure which can reach 20〜25kg/C㎡ to form an oil film. The spindle floats in the bearing when working, spindle has no contact with bearing. Thus there is no fiction, which ensure high precision grinding and long working life;

The hydrostatic spindle has 3 years warranty.

HIGH PRECISION GRINDING

Henfux self made and assembled spindle which can reach high precision(<1.5μm) to perform excellent grinding work;

GW maximum surface speed: 50m/s(Hydrostatic), 35m/s (Hydrodynamic) to ensure the best surface finish of work piece;

RW infinitely variable speed (10~300rpm) to match different grinding work.

SLIDE TABLE

The upper slide moves on double-wedged ways, the bottom slide moves on double ∧ shaped slide-ways, which provides smooth and accurate feeding.

Upper slide with +6°~-6°swiveling in taper grinding;

Upper slide provides the surface contact adjustment between the work piece and grinding wheel in through feed grinding, swiveling adjustment range: +6°~-5°.

REGULATING SERVO MOTOR

RW servo motor provides infinitely variable speed from 10 to 300rpm, which can be adjusted to the most suitable speed easily;

RW servo motor and transmission equipped by the side of RW, which is fast reacted, driven by worm, which ensures RW is vibration-free also the stability is high.

The servo motors directly drive regulating wheel through worm and worm gear, which ensures the regulating wheel is vibration-free and improves the stability of grinding.
